Zero issues with mowing at 7am. I've done it numerous times as long as the grass is dry.

I was thinking more at night. After 8 at night if you know there are small children would be an asshole time to mow

I look at this and laugh. My son has goats and they are a lot of work.
I took care of them when he was on a cruise vacation.

I don’t get why this bugs some of you. Do you have tiny yards and are super close to their property? Do you not have a/c and have your windows open? Are you extremely light sleepers?

I honestly think my neighbor could mow at 4:00am and IWGAF.

Same, it has been good for opening the windows recently, but yea, if my windows are closed no way I would hear it. When it snows heavily at night, my next door neighbor would use his snow blower around 6ish I suppose, because he leaves before 7, but I would still only be woken up just by my regular alarm at 6:30. I know that would technically be a violation of noise ordinance but it would be uber dick move for anyone to call on a guy using a snowblower in order to get to work.

I'm with you...we run a floor fan, ceiling fan and the wife has a fan on her bedside table. That along with the AC and all windows closed, someone could be mowing MY yard and I wouldn't wake up.
