Anyone else suffer from this? Feet feel cold and tingly, especially laying down. MD hasn't found a cause yet, have a chiro working on it but no relief. Any helpful hints of things to try to at least help temporarily? Next week gonna be on the feet walking a ton, so really not looking forward to the end results of that.

Don't want to scare you, but my wife's brother in law has neuropothy and has had for many years. Now he needs hand mechanisms in his car in order to drive.

Yes, I went thru a lot of testing with the neurologist last year and they didn't find anything.
I think I've tracked it to how I rest my feet on my desk chair when working from home. Repeated, continuous pressure on the bottom of the foot can cause issues.

I have been seeing a neurologist. I get most of the pain in my hips. I thought I needed a hip replacement but orthopedic surgeon said hips were fine. Went to another specialist who sent me to neurologist. Early neuropathy.

Have them look into small fiber neuropathy. I have it and have the same issues. There are drugs for it, none of them helped me.

The no pic wife is dealing with neuropathy after going through chemo/rad because of breast cancer. She has exercises she does, takes Nervive (OTC) and takes a script (gabapentin or candesartan, I can't remember which is for her heart or Neuro). She wears gloves some days even though its 75 outside. She wears socks even though its 75 outside.

We've heard, but never tried, ice bath's for her hands and feet. Some say it works, but because she already has the "cold" sensation, she hasn't tried it.

The only thing I suffer from in my feet is broken bones that either never healed or healed incorrectly.

I use to have a Class 4 laser and had moderate success with neuropathy, but by moderate, I mean no complete cures and only half the clients got better than 50% subjective improvement.

I have had it for over 10 years. Took gabapentin for a while then switched to Lycria.

It initially started with a really bad herniated disc in my low spine.

It is managed and don't think of it much.
