Nevada knows how to break ties in their caucas system.

Now this is how you do it. I am proud to have lived in Nevada for 7 years.

No coin flip or rock paper scissors for them they go with a cut of deck of cards. In case of tie they go by suit - spades-hearts-diamonds-clubs.

My wife taught in Vegas schools while we were there and used as other teachers did a deck of cards as flash cards in her math lessons.
