If there are no receipts, how is DOGE determining where the funds were spent?
Assuming DOGE has access to credit card transactions or ACH records, how hard is it to trace the spending once you’ve got that info?
No one’s arguing the last two dimwit POTUS screwed the US taxpayer on COVID giveaways —but I’m not sure what the "gotcha" is supposed to be from DOGE here.

We are to believe there was a 4 Billion dollar government slush fund where no receipts were required, thus based totally on the say so of the person submitting the expense, and as proof of this claim OP posts … wait for it … no receipts but rather just the say so of DOGE, which much like OP, has only a passing acquaintance with the truth.

To be fair, bunsen is normally wrong about stuff.
So DOGE is full of accuracy and truth now. Maybe true but DOUCHE has produced a lot of incredulous numbers and claims only to walk it back or been proven fractional. Don't wet yourself with glee.
When actual auditors analyze this, call us back.
DOGE isn't a reliable source and has proven time and time again to simply push propaganda and falsehoods.
If you want to expose fraud and corruption, pass these things to an IG.
