Oh well. Wish he was a hawk but his heart must not have bled black and gold after all. That’s why I love AJ. Could have went anywhere and still chose Iowa. We have been doing great at developing lb’s so not as concerned as other positions.
Now he'll be a Nebraska linebacker looking at the uniform of an Iowa running back running away from him towards the end zone.

Really sad to see how misguided and confused some of our youth are today. I guess some are just to blind to see the light. He would have been a surefire NFL top draft pick going through our program, now his future is in peril. We didn't need him anyway. We backed off him cuz he's really not that good.

Two things:
1) Must find a comparable or better replacement commit (I’d like to see a Jayden McDonald level recruit surface).
2) We must ensure that we make the recruit realize the error of their ways, year after year. As if graduating with a degree from Nebraska isn’t enough of a realization, let’s ensure we also continue to dominate on the field!
Outside of that, good luck Nick!

Congrats to the Cornhuskers, they landed a fine recruit. I wish the Hawks had landed him. However, I also expect that the coaches will ultimately land guys who they feel fit our program - that such guys can and will make our team better too.

I'm not a UCF fan and no I don't think UCF was the NC last season. I do think they aggressive defense fits well with Frost's fast paced, high scoring offense. NU's D will give up points, but also create turnovers and in the end I'll take a 40-33 win over a 21-23 loss.
Nebraska and Iowa fans don't like each other...that makes it fun. But if Iowa fans seriously think that they'll stomp NU like they have under Riley they are in for a rude awakening. Frost will get this team turned around and competing for B1G West titles on the reg.
