No One......No one gave Iowa a chance vs Tenn

Yet, at end of regulation, theeeeee Iowa Hawkeye very nearly
ousted the recently ranked #1 Volunteers.

The only folks that did, were some rabid Hawkeye fans, plus the
guys in Hawkeye uniforms on Sunday. A great game.

The only people I know of who did not lose faith were in that locker room. I make it a point to concede nothing and never give up until there is very little time and far too big a deficit. But when we got down 25 points I conceded that all we could do was fight the bastards and go down swinging.

I broke my own pledge and it will never happen again. These guys have hearts the size of elephants.
