It's an "Olympic Training Site" for Greco-Roman. There was some shakeup a few years back due to government wrangling where a few sports were eliminated from the program, but it's still home to Greco and weightlifting and maybe a few other sports. There's a group that attends school full time and practices year-round. The program is totally separate from NCAA and all other college governing bodies, so the athletes can get paid, do camps, accept sponsorship as they wish.
I'm only typing what I think I remember. Our HS team spent a few days there last summer and we're planning to go back. We're also headed to the Gable Museum, and its namesake's house.
Take care,
Phill
