WOW...NW called for a sideline warning/15 yard penalty for the Nebraska ball guy & fans?

Looks like one NW coach was in the area, that was a weak call though.

In other news, NW has given up IDK how many 3rd & 10+

That is why I had the question mark, regardless one of the weakest sideline warning/penalty calls I've seen. If that's the case then anytime guys jump, celebrate, are in that area.... It's a penalty based on that.

Don't they usually give a warning first or did I miss it earlier in the game?

Came on to see if anyone posted about this. What a ripoff call that had no impact on the play at all. Yes, usually an announced warning first. As much as I dislike Fitzgerald, hate to see a huge gift and 7 points handed to the Bugeaters.

NW is tiring....they've played well but played the whole game. Giving up all those 3rd & longs have been a back breaker...

The sideline warning penalty really bailed Nebby out.

That sideline penalty was a backbreaker, but just to be clear referees don't need to issue a sideline warning when a coach is actually on the field while a play is active. That was just stupid on the NW coach.

Cats have left 8 points on the field that will end up sinking them given their inept offense limiting their scoring opportunities.

Both these teams look terrible. How the hell did NW beat Stanford and Duke?
Part of the reason they beat Stanford was that the Cardinal players had the equivalent of a 3 am wake up call for the game. For once, the time zone change helped the Big Ten team beat the Pac 12 team. As for Duke, they are Duke.

did they fly there the day of the game? If so that's on the coach.

The thing about Armstrong that concerns me is his running ability and how he can keep plays alive. With that being said, I've never seen a guy make a living chucking the ball deep like he does....

C'mon cats! get a few first downs and run the clock...I suspect they are going to give the ball back to Nebraska though...the cats' secondary will need to get a pick to seal this thing.

Armstrong would be dangerous if he was a little more consistent. He's still dangerous.
I'll take King, if it comes to that.
