When everything they throw up goes in.........Iowa will beat them convincingly at home.

Iowa is a better team on a neutral floor, and that's all that matters come March.
I see no evidence to state iowa better on neutral floor. They lost to notre Dame and Dayton on a neutral floor. Will Iowa win in Iowa city? Yes they will.

Again, they shot worse that we did from the court. Look at the stats!

The problem was our rebounding. They didn't need to shoot great, we didn't rebound. They did have some bricks that went right to their players, though.

Indiana made everything they put up at the end of the shot clock, got a majority of the bounces and obviously the refs are going to help them as well at home, hell if they were anymore lucky they'd be Notre Dame. CHA will be rocking for this matchup on March 1st. I'm assured.

The zone was what lead to our second half lead. Man d is what killed us against Williams and Hartman.
What game where you watching? 45 first half points for Indiana. 40 second half points and that's with a lead late shooting free throws. They score 6 of those points the last 13 seconds in the second half. The man to man was far more successful. The zone was awful. Why do you think there bench played so well? I hate to say it but Fran got outcoached in this game.

Indiana lost to 11-14 Wake Forest and 14-11 UNLV on a neutral floor. Crowd played a big factor in Indiana's fast start.

If you think the refs helped IU, you were watching a different game than I was

Sorry must've passed out at the end of the Cuse game.

But my point is, we were forced to stay in zone for longer than we should have since their wings were quicker off the screen/dribble than we could keep up with. Despite being or only serviceable sub, baer was abused on D most of the time he was in.

Well, we're even, because it's hard to beat you when the officials call the game as if they have $ on you. I'm not hear to talk smack, you have an excellent team & you will win the B1G etc. yada yada. However, I just have to say I've never seen I.U. get screwed like this at Assembly Hall. In over 30 years, this is the worst I've seen, so, just know you had that going for you. or some & FWIW, "everything we throw up goes in" a lot. We are over 50% for the season, you know? You give us those looks in Iowa City it'll happen there too. That's what happens when half of your players are GREAT shooters. Not gloating, it's just the way it is, Crean recruits them that way, & many of them can't do much more.

Is this English?

Yeah they did, but look at 2nd chance points and FT line. Those are the two glaring issues tonight. IU was hot early and cooled off late. That's why their % dropped. Their 3pt shooting was on fire in the 1st half. They cooled off in the 2nd.

The whole game came down to 2 things. FT's and Defense. Iowa laid a big egg on both of those.

Caught the last 6 minutes on TV, listened to Gary and Bobby on the way home from a high school basketball game. Just from how I took it from the radio guys I felt we didn't get help.

I don't know if I have ever seen CHA rock. As far as the refs helping out Indiana, Iowa i am pretty sure got most of the calls. Woodbury got away with 2 blatant push offs, and MG should have been called for a charge on Yogi. It should be another great game in Iowa City.

Those were breaks, like I previously stated, I only caught 6 minutes of game time on TV..and for CHA, hey, there's a first for everything right?

Indiana got a number of favorable calls / non-calls from the refs. Basically Yogi was mugging Peter all game.

Sorry, but the bad calls went both ways........Yes, you are shooting well for the year.......however, everything IU threw up at the end of the shot clock was going in, just one of those nights.......credit to them. But, we will see how it goes in Iowa City at the beginning of March........ :)
