Notre Dame in? Two Power Conferences Out

If ND beats Stanford and wins out, the PAC 10 is probably first out.
Clemson looks the most likely to go 13-0, and they would be in, but North Carolina could knock them off.
Alabama has tough games remaining, but my bet they end with one loss and will be in.
B1G looks good, unless Michigan wins title with 2 losses, they would be trumped by one loss ND.
I think Oklahoma will win out, making B12 vulnerable.
So yes, quite possible for ND to make it, 2 P5 champs out.

Only one team from the ACC belongs and that is an undefeated ACC champion; ND clearly is not that
ND will only be playing 12 games vs the 13 games a conf champion has to play
ND will not be a conference champion.
They do not deserve to be in
I am tired of everyone giving ND whatever they want. They want their own TV contract for football yet want to be affiliated with the ACC in all sports but football. They want special treatment when it comes to the playoff, too; to them, its "the Power 5 and Notre Dame." Why don't the power 5 conferences force ND to fully join a conference????
They want to be independent for football? Fine. That means you only play 12 games and you will never be a conference champion, which should be a prerequisite to get into the playoff.
The committee will drop ND behind any 1 loss or better P5 champion the last poll. It will be there message to ND join a conference as it should be.
But even if you look at quality wins. The best wins for ND are considered G5 teams Navy and Temple, maybe a 3 loss USC. The best one possible would be Stanford and they could still end up with 3 losses. A good loss is not the same as quality or signature wins.
