I never look at rankings---it is just a popularity contest.. If you are a Top16 team in Basketball, you make the Sweet16. If you can only win 1 game in NCAA tourney, then you are somewhere in 17-32 range. By that measure, Fran's best teams have onlyh been somewhere in 17-32 range.
