Screw you for about everything else, Covid-19, but thank you very much for making it so this year's NCAA Tournament will be minus teams like Duke, Kentucky and Michigan St (& Arizona)!
- Iowa has been a Top 10 team all season (so far), as well as having the NPotY
- The B1G is as strong, from top to bottom (minus NEB), as its ever been
- Some of the traditional "blue bloods" are sucking major azz
- Even though they do play in a conference like the MVC, I like seeing Drake undefeated, deservedly ranked (although probably not high enough) and being talked about
Its fun watching bball games and not automatically knowing who's going to win. Tonight's Duke @ Miami game would have been an auto-win for Duke in recent seasons past - even if not by a large margin of victory. Now? Duke/Kentucky/MSU is as lilkely to lose any game they play, as to winning it. Any given weekend sees a third, to half, of the Top 25 losing.
I love the uncertainty. Nice to not be tired of knowing outcomes ahead of time.
watching the South Carolina St @ North Carolina Central (former Hawkeye opponent) game on ESPN2, and is it a typo on ESPN's graphic or has NCCU really only played 5 games until tonight?? They have them as 2-3.
