Obama picked Davidson to win

I was a little nervous about our chances until Obama picked against us.

Carolina beat Davidson. Iowa beat Carolina.

Of course that was long ago.

Pomeroy has Iowa a slight favorite.

Somewhat surprisingly, Pomeroy says Davidson has the better offense, worse defense, and plays at a higher tempo. Having watched both teams against UNC, I would have said the opposite. Oh well.

Iowa has a big size advantage but Davidson shoots better.

I like Iowa being able to pound it inside and getting to the foul line a lot - enough to outweigh Davidson's outside prowess.
