The territory has to be taken away from them so they have no safe haven. You cannot defeat ISIS until you conquer their "country" and destroy them where they live. The US and its allies have the capacity to do it, but not the will.

He also said Snowden has blood on his hands over the past few years. His actions have led to innocent deaths.

I wonder how he'll be treated in Russia after ISIS makes an attack there?
