Offense Plays With More Energy With Padilla

Something I’ve noticed since Padilla took over is that the offense as a whole has more energy and more pep to their step with Padilla playing.

I think anytime a QB completes passes and especially big plays and third down completions that move the sticks it hypes the team. Same impact as a dunk or a clutch three in basketball. Good plays lead to more good plays. Petrus would have gotten the same "pep" if he didn't suck.
