Any thoughts on why we seem to have abandoned play action passing, passing to TEs and RBs, getting Beathard out of the pocket, etc.? There were a few bootleg attempts today but we kept going back to Schobert's side. We are not built to rely solely on our WRs catching passes from the pocket.

Every one knew that Wisconsin's defense was going to do exactly what it did. They were talking all week about the blitzing, and Schobert. So why couldn't Iowa's offensive coaches scheme against it? Getting away from the TE's was a big mistake, IMO. GD tries to fool a defense and ends up fooling himself.
