44-41 Iowa halfway through the third. I just tuned in on Ch 790 on Directv. Iowa has turned it over trying to force the ball to MG. Iowa needs to take advantage of Mercer’s focus on MG.
Megan needs to box out.....
They all do, but she's getting underneath the basket on several shots, and all of Mercer's shots are long shots.

Choke is a strong word, but the Hawks are not handling the role of the favorite very well. Just elementary turnovers.
I hate to say this..... but..... in the history of the Womens Tourney since it expanded to 64 teams in 1985, NO 15 Seed (or 14 seed for that matter) has EVER won it's 1st round NCAA Tournament game. REALLY hope that it doesn't happen this afternoon.

All Mercer is doing is quick passing and dribble drive to set up the jump shot. They have not looked to attack the basket off the drive at all.
