Secured tickets for NLCS game 1. Taking my son and FiL. Go Braves! 🪓🪓🪓
Tense game but amazing by Riley and the bullpen. I can’t believe they keep pitching like this. Freddie sucked balls but he needs to get it together for game 2. I still feel like the only chance is to be up 2-0 going out west. Radio said they’ve lost 11 in a row in LA.
Just got home, it was amazing. The crowd was great and a lot of banter with Dodgers fans. There were more Dodgers fans than I expected, but then I realized they are here working in the film industry, especially with COVID shutting a lot of things down out west. Regardless, incredible win. It was nuts.
I took my son to a game against the Dodgers back in June. They were well represented then as well. Glad you enjoyed and brought home the W.
And for once this playoffs, the Braves didn’t have the most egregious base running blunder.
Hoping our familiarity with Scherzer results in a short outing and forces work on strained Dodger pen.
And so glad they don’t have Dustin May this year. Not sure I could take another series of getting owned by the goofy looking flamethrower.

Absolutely gutted after last night. Not sure I can take the stress of watching until midnight tonight. I still like how Atlanta lines up the pitching in games 5-7 so I think it will be competitive. Even tonight there will be a lot of pressure on Urias to spare the dodger bullpen extra work.
That was a heckuva hit by Bellinger. You could really see the air go out of the Braves with the Dodgers rally. Then, Jansen was lights out in the 9th.
Atlanta went to LA needing one of the three. Yes, it would've been nice to get that game last night but the goal hasn't changed.
I'll get kind of concerned if LA comes out and beats the Braves tonight. Momentum was ALL on the Braves side until the bottom of the 8th last night. Certainly hope there's no hangover effect.
