O'Halloran came into pitch for Mich with a man on 2nd and 2 outs. Huckstorf tripled to score a run. 2-0 Iowa after 6.

Another huge hit from Huckstorf. Our other clutch hitter this tournament, Brayden Frazier, just got robbed on a beautiful diving stop and throw from the shortstop to end the inning. Still 2-0.

Seegers gets a two-out single in the bottom of the 6th and then advances to second on an errant pickoff attempt. Then Huckstorf drives him home with a triple to make it 2-0 heading to the 7th inning.

Omaha is too far away for me to make a road trip, but I think there may be a decent caravan coming from Eastern Iowa tomorrow. Hopefully the Hawks can pull it off. Would love to see a regional #2 seed in the NCAA's.
