I would not go that far for us. Hawkeye football is still king here. Caitlin and the fever overtook both Iowa basketball teams fielded this year. So it’s in the 2 slot for us, which is crazy. As the schedule works out, there isn’t much in terms of sports I care about from after the masters until football, so the fever/Caitlin games are appointment television for us.
I posted this in the golf thread but don't imagine it would hurt to post it here too.
I keep seeing Sedona Prince falling into the 20s in mock drafts due to her off the court issues. Maybe they take her and cut Brown?

They have 112K in cap space, not including Brown's training camp contract (which is the same as a rookie contract). So they have room for Brown and a rookie, or two rookies, and they can get to 12 players. It would be cool if they took Lucy Olsen as a player, and then added a big like Prince.
I'm not interested in Prince and I hope the Fever aren't either
She's probably the only one good enough to stick on the roster given where the fever are picking, but I respect your sentiment, and do not necessarily disagree.
I guess the question is if there are any foreign players that have value when they pick. I could see a team taking a chance on her if there are no viable options otherwise. You can’t coach up a player to be 6’7”. No charges have been filed against her. While there’s smoke, maybe that’s all there is.
Having said that, the Fever are now trying to run the team like a legit organization. So they may want to avoid that potential nightmare if the smoke actually turns to fire.

That's gonna be nuts; a FULL house for an exhibition.
The game is on a Sunday. I wonder when the tip time will be. It will be competing against MLB games, NBA playoff games and NHL playoff games. Or, it could be a lead in to a game.
Dare I say it, but she kind of reminds me of Angel around the hoop with her long arms and tenacity. I could see her making the roster.
