*****Official IOWA at the B1G Tournament Games Thread*****

Where is BTN getting its RPI number? Nolan has Iowa at #62. D1 Baseball has Iowa at #61. BTN has Iowa at #58.

Am I correct in remembering that Iowa will need to beat Michigan twice to advance to the finals? One later today and one tomorrow morning?

Haven't watched a ton of Iowa baseball this year, but that was a fun one. Excited to see them battle Michigan tonight.

The Pitching Situation:

Heller said Mazur likely would be available on Sunday, if necessary.

Heller has used 8 pitchers in 3 games so far in the B1G Tourney:

I feel like beating Michigan twice would make us a lock (and avoid them as a bid stealer).

Beat Michigan tonight, and lose tomorrow, I think we’d still be in if Michigan loses the championship. But I think if they steal the bid, we’re out.

And I think we’re definitely out if Michigan wins tonight.

Michigan seems to be on a roll, especially their offense. I didn't think they'd score anywhere near 15 runs on Maryland like they did last night.

Do you or anyone know what their remaining pitching situation looks like?

Iowa appears to be in good shape for tonight. BUT, which Connor Schultz shows up (assuming he starts)? And if he's ineffective right off the bat again, that will obviously put a dent in who's available in the pen.
