Yeah I'm with you. Really hoping he carries this over to the Big 10 season
Hawks are firing on all cylinders tonight. They are really showing the difference in experience levels. Too bad we couldn't have gotten Ellenson, I think he could have thrived on an experienced team, wouldn't have to do it all himself plus other teams best inside players wouldn't be guarding him so he would have mismatches.
Someone needs to message kakert and get hawkdude the ban hammer. His act is tiresome and not contributing anything.
Marquette isn't good but Iowa is really impressing me with their passing and spacing.
It takes a lot to get banned on this site. And by a lot I mean swearing. My last account got blacklisted because I told BubbaJ to "Eat a D." But Hawkderp can trash players all day every day and stay around for years. Odd.
We have daily Nebraska and Iowa State trolls, a Penn State moron that threatens violence with most of his posts and they don't get banned. I just assumed they didn't ban on this rivals site
Iowa playing nearly flawless for much of the first half. Great team basketball, sharing the ball, making the extra pass, Gesell was masterful running the offensive, and great help defense. Really, just a very impressive first half.
Wow...I like what I see. I like that we have low expectations too. This team is gonna sneak up on some people
How many steals for Iowa, seemed like we git a hand in there and tipped or just grabbed the ball away from Marquette
I'm fine with that. I prefer the way this board is modded over the way they do it on the Nebraska board where everyone gets banned with a dissenting opinion. But how hawkeyedude#1 is still around I don't understand. His sole purpose is to troll and be a complete douche, and it has been this way for at least 3 years now. He's not a Hawk fan, never posts anything positive, and is more than likely a miserable human being and still gets to continue to post.
I don't say this from a place of hate. Internet trolls fascinate me. How does a person get to a point where they have to post agitating things to gain attention? I would love to meet this individual in person to further understand the logic of their lunacy. It is such ridiculous attention seeking behavior I'd like to put a face to the insanity.
I saw this coming. Marquette is young....good talent but young. I thought we would win by 15. Just want to see us play hard the last 20. MG is big money tonight. He is one of the biggest keys to a plus 20 win season. These guys are going to be fun to watch this year. May end up better than last year.
Wonder what Ellenson is thinking right now. He's a high draft pick? Wow. Gaudy stats against much smaller opposition.
