There should be no meltdown. Everybody had to know this was coming. If you didn’t you weren’t paying attention.
Iowa was also up 17 to 4 for a bit. Then sports happened..

If Iowa can beat MSU PSU Rutgers and take a game against a good team I think Iowa gets a 6 seed. If Iowa drops one against MSU PSU or Rutgers and doesn't beat a good team they might be an 11 seed.
Will always watch the Hawks and I feel in certain ways Fran has tried to evolve over the years but he reverts back to his true mantra.

I'm actually less upset now than I was after MN. Frans teams are what they are, if you can't play defense a 10 point lead isn't safe. There are MANY ways to beat this team.

Yupp. That's what it is. We have the ideal players in place to run the system the coach wants to run but damnit Kansas pays people. If you can't play defense at some respectable level you cannot win over the long run.
I thought Kansas was going to get punished but they just skated out of it. Having lived in Kansas and Iowa I can say that Iowa has the same to offer minus the money and drugs.
