So on paper Iowa should be able to run the ball on Northwestern. Now will Greg Davis throw it 45 times? Scheme wise, NW should be able to run the ball 150-200 yard which is bad, but hey yards mean nothing ultimately.

I am sure Fitz is making this Iowa hate week, but I think Thorson is good for a couple turnovers too.

After Iowa rolls and Wisconsin loses to Michigan, we'll have more people on here talking about how we're now the favorites to win the west...the same people that wanted Kirk fired and CJB benched today.

I think maybe those goal line stands and holding on 4th down will wake the team up a bit. I think the o-line puts it together a little more and the defense comes back to norm. Iowa wins 24-13.

Iowa's offense is putrid - good thing they are playing NW this week. I think game will be close until 4th quarter.

The sad thing about our offense is we know it can get worse if we lose any offensive linemen, CJ, Vanderberg, or a running back.
I like Hawks by 6 in a low scoring game.

What worries me the most is our linebackers against the dink and dunk passing game. As a team we are tackling so poorly, we're a threat to make bad offenses good.
