What the heck happened to this place? It's a dump. I haven't been here in 20 years. Here for a meeting this morning. It's disgusting.

Also, I need recommendations for lunch in the Ped Mall area. Meeting my niece (no pics) after her morning classes. Uncle Igor will need a place that serves beer in the late morning hours. TIA

Harry's is good for diner fare, Paper Crane Ramen is excellent.

The U bought most of it and is using it for offices. They had the old movie theater for recital space after the floods, too. The rest is pretty much Asian central and a place for homeless people to hang out. I thought I read the the U is buying the rest of it and it won't be a mall for much longer. The current owner isn't putting any money into it, so it's dying off quickly.
