Old Guy Needs Help

Went on Stub Hub and bought two tickets for the game tomorrow. Paid for them with my card. Everything went fine until I went to print them. My printer printed everything except the ticket itself. Stub Hub said we could be compatible with adobe 9,10,or 11. We have 10. No go! Then she down loaded stub hub app on to her phone and we could then pull up the tickets at which time hopefully, she can show her phone at the gate and they can scan off the app.
Has any one of you gotten into the game having them scanned off of your phone? I apologize ahead of time for bringing this (possibly stupid question) up on this board, But didn't know where else to go. I am not (as if you couldn't already figure it out), am not to savvy with smart phones or copying machines. Help anyone?

I can't speak for kinnick but I've gone to quite a few events including mariners baseball using my phone to scan tickets.

I recommend going to one of the ticket windows prior to the game and explain your situation. Perhaps they can print you the tickets.

i must admit i've had a few friday beers, so i didn't digest the entire original post - but i'd suggest going to a kinko's (or something like that - staples, or whatever), and printing them again.

Yes, you can use the stubhub app for all Iowa sporting events.
Keep in mind that cell phone reception can be sketchy around kickoff. So bring up your tickets on your phone BEFORE you get to kinnick.
You have nothing to worry about.
