Just had to take a knee with 1:30 left up a TD and KSU with 1 timeout. Instead, warren fumbles and KSU scores. Next play, Lanning fumbles and KSU recovers, kicks a FG.

Unbelievable and should be a fireable offense IMO

Oh no I missed it.

I'm gonna tell every Iowa State fan that posts on this board that this is karma for Rhoads jumping around like a jacka** on the sidelines after they got the stop on 4th down. Game wasn't over buddy.

Difference between a guy like Snyder and a guy like Rhoads. Deal with it, bitter Cyclone fans, because you know it's true, which will make it hurt even worse

This season is beyond hurt. It was just playing out the string.

I actually view this as a positive because even the sunshine pampers are off the bandwagon at this point.

I feel badly for my best friend who is a ISU fan. Not my cousin who just posts sh** on Facebook during BB season.

lose to wvu next week and the speculation about cpr getting the axe will be at full boil.

Can't link on the iPad, but Mangino sent out a tweet that said...

"There is no doubt at all...the fat lady is singing!"

Haha ouch

I think Rhoads just coached himself out of a job. Especially coming on top of the debacle last week. My guess is that even his defenders have had enough.

BTW, he's 0-7 against Snyder, and in six of the losses, ISU had the lead in the second half and the game was decided on the last series of downs.

WOW. Just caught the replay and can not believe what I just saw.

Would Iowa State ever pull a reverse Gable and offer Brian Ferentz the head job? He, or someone like him, might be a best case scenario with all of the other openings. He also has five years experience recruiting to the state.

They actually have a thread about BF on CyFan. Some interesting opinions to say the least.

Brian Ferentz can't even coach an IOWA squad, let alone a team.....and he sure as hell hasn't proved himself as a recruiter.

Comparing Brian Ferentz to Dan Gable as some kind of an even hand-off? WOW

isu football is a dumpster fire.
While that in itself doesn't bother me, what is concerning is that Iowa is going to continue to play them annually. I'd like to see isu at least be respectable. As it stands currently, beating one of the worst teams in the power 5 isn't of much benefit. Not to mention the negative fallout from the inexcusable losses to them that have occurred far too frequently.

1. He's way too smart to take that job.

2. He won't want to go up against his old man every year.

3. He's Hawkeye through and through and HATES the Clowns.

I'm guessing I'll be able to catch it on Sportscenter or College Football Scoreboard. Can't wait to see that meltdown.

I'm sure Jamie Pollard will find a way to polish this turd of a season & sell it to his moronic fanbase as gold just like he always does.

I'm still amazed he managed to fleece them to expand that stadium. Based on a few flukey wins.
