Trying to figure out how this guy went from a Final Four coach and hot commodity from his days at Marquette to being on the verge of getting fired from his second Power 5 since those Marquette days. Everyone used to think once he got to a place with more resources than Marquette he'd flourish, but instead he's flopped.
He's currently in his 4th year at Georgia and has a record of 47-68 and has won less than 30% of his conference games at Georgia in that time (15-51). They are 1-11 in the SEC this season.
Now looks like Georgia may fire him for cause and he not even gets paid his buyout. Program is reeling on and off the court. Likely done at Georgia after this year either way.
