They said any contract above the shoulders to a defenseless receiver is why. The rule is ridiculous.

Defenders are not allowed to occupy space because that looked like too hard of a hit. Just stupid. Nebraska was given a gift.

Sold out Nebby and UW today. All 3 remaining games are sold out too. But, there were a fair amount of open seats in the upper corners, which may mean that a lot of the tickets sold were to speculators for the secondary market.
