Imagine of Iowa did that. Nobody cares when Missouri does it.
We should all care. There has to be integrity in any sport, and in this case, the governing body in each sport needs to ensure that there is an honest attempt to field the best team possible every time out. To that thought, there needs to be a reporting mechanism, like the NFL's injury report, that lists why a wrestler is not going, with a doctor's excuse. Protecting seeds is not a legitimate reason for holding a kid out of a dual. The Missouri coach may be helping himself (think end of year bonus) and his individual wrestlers, but things like this slowly erode the sport. People with incentives to protect seeds (coaches, ADs, wrestlers) should not be entrusted with carte blanche on this issue. When you stop trying to win, and are only participating in the match, are you still a sport? There are some powers that be that will look at wrestling that way when coaches do this. The sport needs to build a competition floor that coaches can't do less than on a competition date. Just my pennies.

Didn’t watch the video so don’t know what exactly happened. I don’t wish injury on anyone but don’t feel bad for him one bit. Maybe this will teach him a little about humbleness? I doubt it though I’m sure all that will happen is he’ll run his mouth on Twitter talking shit, Cael will get him a medical and we’ll see him for another two years.

Maybe you should have stopped after "I don't wish injury on anyone . . ."
I didn't wish the injury upon him but am I suppose to feel bad for him? Has he shown compassion or respect to anyone besides himself? He’s not a kid anymore; he’s an adult and a straight up jackass. I stick by what I said and don’t feel for him one bit.

I hope you're not a man of God. If you are, you are a faker.

Humbleness??? 🤔 I think the word you’re looking for is humility, Einstein 🙄. Your classiness is on par with your vocabulary.
