Has to be up there with the biggest collapses in golf. She could barely swing a club and could not putt at all the last 4 or 5 holes.
Hooked into rough and could only advance it 40 or 50 yards.Painful to watch.
I missed her drive on 17. Her third was 143 out, what did she do on her tee and second shots?
She played like she had Covid on the back nine.Note to self: avoid leading at the 54 hole mark..
At least she didn't get the Covid hook...
If the rules continue to be blatantly flouted around here I'm gonna be taking some souls.
Yesssss it issssWatching women’s golf can actually be more fun sometimes
I agree with your first comment.Watching women’s golf can actually be more fun sometimes, because the yardage they typically hit at are more in line with us mere mortals.
Men on the PGA tour is good for the amazement factor at the shots they make that I know I could never duplicate if I tried for 100 years.
I agree with your first comment.
The second comment is pretty much true with any Men's pro sport isn't it?
I love it when they hit an approach shot from, oh say 210 yards, with an 8 iron. Then right after the shot they get all disgusted because the ball ends up 25 ft from the pin.To some extent. Most of us can shoot a basketball, or throw a football tho, so we can envision doing some of the things they do. Golf to me somehow seems different (idk about you but I golf regularly). What they consider a “bad shot” by a pga pro, 90% of the time I’d be ecstatic with.
For example, couple years back, I forget which major it was that the player had a bad shot and ball bounced and stopped on a cart path. Due to how the hole was arranged, there wasn’t a place he could get free relief, so he had to hit it where it lay. Dude not only picks it cleanly off the concrete without scratching the club, he puts the ball 5 feet from the pin and saves par. Unbelievable.
Damn, that would’ve been cool to see her make the cut.6 footer for birdie to likely make the cut …. missed it.
