If something isn't done, I think it will be the ruin of college football. It already seems before the season even starts there might be only 10 teams that can possibly be the national champion and very few others that could even break into the playoffs. Could reducing some scholarships for some while increasing them for others work. This new transfer rule and get paid for some things may make it even worse. Any thoughts on how to reach some level of parity.
