Pastor says women shouldn’t wear shorts

I looked on Google, it's been a while but from the general area and what I remember of the church (it was around 2010 we stopped), I'm thinking it was Shenendoah Baptist Bible Church, but I'm not 100% on it.

I was going to edit my post and ask if it was that one. Never knew anyone that went there, but I've heard they were a little looney.

Like I said, I'm not 100% on it. I know it was north of town, and some of the pics look familiar, but some didn't.

Anyway, they don't live there any more, I think they are in southern Illinois now.

I think I found a loophole…

He said “shorts”. By definition, that does not include bikini bottoms.

While I agree it is out of the ordinary, there seems to be a lot more of this recently in churches and religion.

Meh I'm not sure. I mean in 2008 Obama had the problem of a church he attended the pastor was shouting about how much he hates America.

But even if you say it's more common now I would say that all extremism is more common now.

My mom and her siblings grew up in this nonsense. No music, no dancing... My grandfather only turned on the radio at noon during hurricane season to listen to the weather. He chased me with his belt on multiple occasions because I wouldn't sit for him to read the bible to me.
I’ll be if you’d listened you wouldn’t have been turned gay by Bud Light, or rock and roll music, or whatever flipped you.

My wife and I were driving to DC and we stopped in Martinsburg, WV because a friend of hers lived there. The friend's husband worked at a church there, so we went to the service...they wouldn't let us in because I didn't have a suit/tie, and my wife had too short of a dress (it was at the bottom of her calf).

So yeah, I can attest that people like that pastor in the OP exist. Are they common? I hope not, but I've seen them with my own eyes.
This idiot is about 20 min from my house. Fantastical.

People say stupid shit outside of religion and churches. Just go watch Tik Tok for 5 minutes. Everyone has a platform to say dumb shit these days.

Did grandpa ever recant to you and apologize?

If not, I would have sat by his deathbed and thanked him for making you gay and that you really love the SM stuff cuz of his influence....then I would've gone into some very specific detail.

According to the pastor in the OP, if you've had sex with anyone other than your husband (and only after marriage) and for any reason other than procreation and his "needs", you're a whore. Screw your needs (pun intended).
I totally screw for my needs.
