After a promising 1st half of officiating. The 2nd half and OT were absolutely pathetic. Where does a person start? The obvious timeout by Ellingson that allowed Minnesota to take it to OT. We are probably talking about an Iowa W had he been given that timeout.

I am sure we will be able to sleep easier when the B1G issues an apology on that call.

Jok, whom you all wanted benched, was great the second half.

But seriously, he's not Lebron. Those touch fouls the second half were hilarious. One right after the other after the other.

There was a timeout called by Brady and at least two other players on the court. It was obvious to thousands of people, just evidently not the three people who mattered. The two referees who didn't call the jump ball should have been able to see both Bohannon and Baer signaling for a TO prior to the jump ball call. There is really no excuse for not granting the TO there other than gross incompetence. Don't even get me started on the fact that the MN player was CLEARLY out of bounds on the jump ball call. To defends these refs is baseless and regardless of whether they called a perfect game up to that point is moot, they totally blew that sequence and it most likely cost Iowa the game.

Other than when he looked at the official and said "timeout," you're right. Not to mention the other guys on the court calling for it too.
But that shouldn't have mattered since the Gopher player had a foot out of bounds on hen he tied him up, it should have been our ball. Refs missed two obvious calls that should have kept the ball in our possession.

Shows all of us what you know about English. "Know" is not the correct word you are looking for there, I think you want "no". Your opinion will matter when you learn not to make stupid mistakes.

That was a ridiculous call in the Purdue-Indiana game. Why did the officials not review the play where Brady and others were calling time out? The coaches asked for a review and they do review plays in the last 2 minutes. The Goofer player was out of bounds where Iowa should have been given the ball erasing the error in not allowing the time out. A horrible job officiating when Iowa should have had a W, especially on the road where it is so hard to win.
