Could be the favorite to win the B1G. Penn St has arguably the best schedule remaining of the top 1/3 of the standings. Maryland has some tough games coming up. If I take my Iowa glasses off I have to admit Iowa has a tough stretch of games the rest if the way. Michigan St has a very tough final stretch Penn St is playing great basketball and could shock everyone even themselves and win the B1G this year.

I think it's down to Maryland, Penn St, Michigan St and Iowa for who takes the crown. Rutgers can win on the road and Illionois struggles against the top 1/3 of the league. Everyone else might just have too many losses in a league where it's nearly impossible to get a win streak going.

Really I think it's down to Maryland and Penn State. Yes, the other teams you mentioned are alive but those 2 have the best path. Kudos to Penn State for winning the number of road games they have. I would love Iowa to win all 7 games, but 7 straight games against Quad 1 games is tough for Iowa.
