People who bought tix via StubHub, etc

Are they just f'd?

I realize/assume the original purchaser will get a refund, but won't people who bought via StubHub and other outlets be screwed unless the kind hearted ticket broker refunds?

Original purchaser would get refund and can keep the money from the buyer.

I don't purchase enough tix online to know how this works.

I bought tickets through Vivid Seats for 1st Round in St. Louis. I have already received an email offering to refund me on full or an option to get 120% credit towards another or other events.

I’m honestly not sure how it works. I have had two concerts cancelled that I purchased tickets for on Stubhub and was refunded immediately. I believe they guarantee a refund if any event is cancelled.

i'd assume they have ways to recoup most that money from the sellers.

if not, I'm sure they can afford it

they probably can't afford not to.....
