Huey, I think the videos were not made to score legal points they were made to win the PR battle. Any legal wins would just be a bonus.

Part of the campaign to legalize abortion and for its continuation is the back alley abortion picture that the Pro-Choice side has painted. The image of an abortion being perform in a unsanitary setting with a coat hanger was a strong picture. These videos are the Pro-Life response, they are graphic and leaving out the legal argument the employees of PP come off vary callous.
