Honest question: Can you give a few examples that truly equate to the Brian Ferentz situation? Especially since it happens, as you state, EVERYWHERE? I'm trying to think of another instance where a Head Coach of a P5 football program hired their incompetent Son as OC and allowed him to linger in the role for as long as Kirk did (while "achieving" the miserable results the Hawkeye Offense put up).

I generally don’t have issues with players even the ignominious Akrum Wadley. He isn’t on any of my all time lists, but we have all made poor decisions.
