Please...big 12 champs

Had to laugh with the announcers trying to prop up Colorado going for the 12 championship. Lolol.. Sure, you mean after all the teams that won almost ALL the championships the last 30 years have left the league. That would be no different then them boasting about Iowa, Wisky or Minn. winning it now if OSU and Michigan had left the B1G a couple of years ago..

Announcers just doing what they are paid to do. Propping up the only team with any star power in a watered down conference. Pretty tough job. Calling Alabama-Georgia or Ohio State-Oregon is easy.

One thing is for sure about the Big 12, and every other conference not called the SEC or B1G… no one can ever again claim they played a juggernaut of a schedule to get to the playoffs. Just win your watered down conference and you’re in.

I’ll also go out on a limb and say with confidence that no team outside of the SEC or B1G will win a national title unless conferences are restructured again someday.
