The story goes (even here), if you are not for dumping billions into weapons for Ukraine that you are siding with Russia.
That thought is not the thought of a reasonable person. Some republicans? Sure. Republicans in general...no.
What I find funny is the number on here who are "woke" by ghosting posters with a different opinion. It's acceptable if a middle-aged man ignores someone though. That's not wok....ha ha ha.

It seems like a great deal of Republican's side with Russia over Ukraine. Tucker Carlson just spent a week telling everyone how much better Russia was than America. It's just hard to fathom a world where Republicans are on the side of the communist.
He posted an article from CATO, a right leaning think tank founded by the Koch's.
Hopefully he knows the difference between an opinion piece and factual journalism.

Is my head in the sand, no. Am I paying as much attention to the Hunter Biden story as I probably should, also no. However, due to the fact the alleged contact who accused Hunter Biden of taking money from Burisma is being charged with making false statements and also has connections to Russia, makes me not take it as seriously as one probably should.
Trump tried to bribe the Ukranian government to get dirt on Hunter Biden. That much is factual. I mean, it's why he was impeached in the first place. It seems pretty clear though that Hunter Biden was up to some sketchy stuff, and I believe he deserves to face justice for it. I'm not going to act like Donald Trump's ties and outright support for Putin is in the same boat as Hunter Biden's dealings with Burisma though. This is most certainly not a "plague in both houses" situation and I think you know that.
Check how they vote on Ukrainian aide. Actions speak louder than words. Many Congressional Republicans vote as if they are members of the Communist Party. Putin good, Biden bad.

Cozy up to dictators (Love for NK dictator, Putin is a genius for invading Ukraine, Russia should invade NATO countries he doesn’t think contribute enough, etc.). He had face-to-face private meetings with Putin without an american translator.

Problem with this thread is that too many people couldn’t define communism/socialism if their lives depended on it.
