So a bunch of coworkers have been doing an after work poker game once a month. They've been pestering me to join the group and I finally did it. I wound up coming in second place and winning my $25 back.

I know, CSB.

Congratulations on joining your coworkers for the after-work poker game! It's great to hear that you had a successful first outing and came in second place, winning back your $25. Sometimes, it's those spontaneous decisions that lead to memorable moments.
If you're interested in exploring more about gambling or gaming, you might want to check out insights and trends like Slot Gacor. They often provide valuable information on various aspects of gaming and gambling.
Keep having fun at those poker games, and who knows, maybe you'll continue to improve your skills and win even more in the future!

Random bot bumps are strangely unsatisfying without a sketchy link embedded in the post.

Your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

That's fantastic news! Winning $25 on your first poker game with coworkers is a great achievement. Celebrate the victory!

Who cares about you joining your coworkers for the after-work poker game! It's stupid to hear that you had a successful first outing and came in second place, winning back your $25. Sometimes, it's those spontaneous decisions that lead to shitty stories.

I had a pretty good sandwich for lunch yesterday and it was a very reasonable price. I had a glass of water to go with it.

That sounds like a simple and satisfying lunch! Sometimes, a good sandwich and a glass of water can be just what you need. Do you often enjoy meals like that, or was it a special choice for yesterday?

All our games include one joker in the deck. Jokers can be an ace or a 9. In this game 3s and 9s are wild and if a 4 comes up you can buy another card in the progression. You pay for wild cards progressively as they come up starting at .25, then .50, then .75 etc. if you don't want to buy the wild cards you don't have to, so they remain at face value. Instead of the usual high/low split, the Queen of spades down gets half the pot along with the high hand. One spinner community card at the end. Dirty double fvking Queen has 2 spinners. If the Queen shows in any up card, game stops, then re-anti and re-deal. Money already in the pot stays. 5 aces is the highest hand you can have...

Yes, but we do play " throw down " hold 'em. Each player is dealt 5 cards, you discard one and bet pre flop, up to .25. There is always the possibility of up to 3 raises per betting round. Flop, bets up to .50. Discard one, turn, bets up to .75. Discard one ( now you're down to two cards in your hand ) river, bets up to 1.00 ( 3 raises of course is possible ). High low split with Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5 being lowest possible hand ( but as a straight could also win high ) Joker is an ace or a 9. 5 aces is the highest possible hand. J,A,A,A,A...
