Do any of you live on the beach on the gulf?

Anyone else love being at the beach, but dislike being ON the beach?

Ha, no! Last night we put our dinner in a cooler and brought it to the beach to eat and watch sunset. Just me, the wife and my (no pics) beach cart. Ate dinner while listening to the waves, watched sunset, and went home.

When I’m at the beach, I don’t mind the sand.

But when we get back to the house/hotel/condo, god dammit I hate the freaking frick out of that stuff.

Outdoor hosing off in the driveway. Most beach cities have a shower or even just a water spigot to wash off your feet at the end of the dune walkover.
I literally never think about it.
