fried eggs go great with hash browns, and you can put ketchup on the hash browns, and then get a little 'chup on your eggs.
Not to hijack the thread but this stuff is fantastic on hash browns

We go through a dozen hard boiled eggs a week in my house. But we really class it up on the weekend with omelets consisting of all of the week’s leftovers.

Since this place is so damned obsessed with eggs, might as well start a 5th thread on them.
Only two choices is not enough.

I like eggs in pretty much every manner. Omelette every Saturday. Occasionally I will mix it up with a corn tortilla egg taco, or eggs Benedict.

I also will frequently have a boiled egg for afternoon snack. I’ve never made deviled eggs but when someone serves them I will gobble them up like a starving man. That may be the only food Imloved as a child that I still love today.

And for all that is merciful please don’t put ketchup on them.

Fried - sunny side up, followed by fried - over easy, followed by omelette. If given more then 2 choices, I would have picked them all.

If I can’t dip my toast in them I don’t want them

This is how I do eggs in the morning 90% of the time. I do enjoy an omelette and if at a hotel, scrambled. Hard yolks are great with hard boiled, and then deviled where the hard yolk is make soft with mayo/mustard.

I like them mixed with sugar, butter, flour, and the other ingredients used in baking a cake or chocolate chip cookies. Other than that, I can't stand them - neither the sight of them on a plate, nor the stench of them cooking. My wife & older son both love them; my younger son is like me & can't stand them.

Sounds like you have some childhood trauma which has gone unaddressed for too long.
