POLL: Protesters who block traffic

If I feel in danger I'm going to take steps, but not until then.
Depending on the protest I might just think it was convenient that I arrived at a good protest. Especially in 2025.
I don't get how the protesters can't see how blocking traffic is counter productive. I think it makes more people hate them than it does help their cause.
Sadly, in jurisdictions with leftwing prosecutors, I fear that even in the case of "Only if they try to pull me out of the car. Then I have no choice." that you will still find yourself in an orange jumpsuit and staring at the wall of a prison cell.
I guess I don’t understand why someone would be hitting/damaging my car if they were protesting anything other than vandalizing vehicles.
There is a reason you see such high levels of mental disorders in the far left.
No option to just arrest them?

I’m an American. I will always support the right to protest. Our nation is screwed without it.
Would that work for the drivers of the vehicles as well? Once one starts running someone over, every other driver can join in and all is good?

Perhaps all of the rhetoric around how to protest is a bit of a manipulation towards being docile. I don't believe the French have used polite protests. The Boston Tea Party probably wasn't a polite protest.
