I’ve recently been watching reruns of Perry Mason on cable.
Hands down an enormous must watch in the late 50’s. My Nana wouldn’t dream of missing it.
The cigarette smoking was non stop. (Several died of lung cancer)
Acting of supporting guest cast was amateurish but it’s almost like watching a car crash. Can’t turn it off. 😏

I voted for Donna Reed for two obvious reasons- she was a total babe and from Iowa. Funny? Honeymooners or Lucy was funnier.

One I’d forgotten when I voted was Car 54 Where Are You?. The one cop was hilarious like an even goofier Yogi Berra. Oooh Ooooh! Think he did a bunch of cartoon voices after that. The actors who later played Herman and Grandpa Munster also starred.
