Where/how will you watch the election?

If it seems to be a Harris landslide it will be in the bedroom, taking Mrs. Urohawk on a celebratory trip to pound town. No pics because we are old and keep the lights off.

Are you saying you won't watch any coverage?

Hard to imagine someone on this political board won't be watching. Not necessarily non-stop, but at least some.

Then again, I just saw Trump saying he has a "very substantial lead" so maybe there's no point.
No I won't watch a minute. Doesn't interest me, I'll wake up and see on the news who won.

My life doesn’t revolve around politics but I decided to flip on Fox News for about 10 minutes. Holy shit. You talk about some brainwashed loons. I sure there are some on the left too, but the host stating that Trump is for more rights for women is fvcking hilarious. And the host…JFC she asks a question but won’t allow an answer unless it aligns with the MAGA doctrine. That’s gonna do it for me.

I've now switched around between France24, DW and Al Jazeera. They all have had excellent coverage of our elections. Not to mention hardly any commercials.

They are interesting because their coverage includes different perspectives (European, Middle Eastern).

The AJ commentator at the moment is backed by pictures of 6 current US presidential candidates. Not just Trump and Harris. I'm embarrassed to admit there's one I don't even recognize. And I'm an American politics junkie.

I'm curious about who.

Wikipedia has this list of parties running that are not the D's, R's, Liberatarians, or Greens.

Also what makes me curious. . . why have the socialists split up into now 4 different parties??

All have their own presidential candidates. Are the differences between socialists that stark so as to require 4 different political parties?
