This seems pretty much spot on except for Nebraska. I'd slot them in between Rutgers and Indiana.
 
Someone's expecting a Pete Carroll-esque renaissance at USC...

Although I see how you're distributing conference titles to the "Big 6" proportionate to how you see those teams succeeding, chances are there won't be more than 3-4 teams that win the conference championship over a 10 year period. The blue-bloods tend to dominate in spurts. For the B1G to have 5 difference conference champions over a 10-year period from 2012-2021 was quite amazing, and only happened because of Wisky's fake '12 championship after finishing 3rd in their division. I guess we will see; the B1G is larger than ever before and has never had the upcoming CCG format.
