There really is no reason to attack the fan base for not attending. Is it too bad that every game isn't a sellout? Yeah, it is, but people have stuff going on and that is understandable. I am a season ticket holder and make quite the travel from NC Iowa. I'm not going to judge other fans whether they attend or not because I consider myself very lucky to attend. All I know is I will be there having a couple brews, cheering loud for the Hawks, and will enjoy my time in IC. Cheers Hawk Fans!

Anyone who claims they aren't going to IOWA games because the opponent sucks is the real knucklehead here. Not once in 50+ years of cheering for the HAWKS have I gone to a game to see the other team. Family, finances, etc are reasons not to attend. The schedule is bad is an excuse not to attend. If I were to use your logic I would never get to see the Cardinals play when they come to SoFla because the Marlins suck.
This is correct. I go to see the Hawkeyes, not the opponent. I would much rather see Iowa piss pound Purdue, than lose to the Packers. I go because the Hawks are my team and I support them, win or lose.
