I'm just not seeing it, Assembly Hall is a brutal place to play, see our results last week. IU's guards are far superior to Purdue's. Seems like IU rains 3's when playing at home. This would be huge if Purdue could knock them off but I'd be VERY surprised if that happens. A blow out IU win seems more likely.

This is a crazy year in college basketball. Anyone can go down at anytime. It would be nice though if Purdue came out with a win.

It is a rivalry game and that means throwing out all conventional wisdom.

Well, some of us don't have much to throw out anyway. ;) I'm predicting Purdue beats Indiana.

Purdue has a chance for sure. This year is goofy so who the hell knows?

pu has the inside advantage. If they can play even decent D on shooters at the three line they should have a shot.

C'mon boilers! I know the B1G office says I'm supposed to hate you, but I really want you to kick indy's butt!

I agree. Maybe a patened Purdue Gene Keady Bulldog defensive is forthcoming.

BTW, can you imagine Purdue with a good Point Guard? Scary good.

I got Purdue by 10 tomorrow.

Their bigs will keep IU out of the lane. Their 2nd chance points vs Iowa was the difference. Purdue will be able to pound it down low.

Purdue absolutely has a shot. Hammonds and Haas are a lot to handle underneath. Davis should be able to D up on Yogi. Rivalry game. Must win for them if they want to stay in the B1G regular season race.

With Purdue's bigs to protect the lane and rebound, the rest of the boilers can/should focus on defending the 3 pt line. Hammonds has to stay out of foul trouble and be effective on both ends.

The funny thing about that baseball gif is that even a great throw had no chance to get the guy at the plate.

Ideal situation would be for Iowa to win out and make this game immaterial. Of course Purdue has a chance, but if Iowa backs into a Championship tie and fails to grab the title by the balls, I don't see us making much noise in B1G tourney or NCAA. Iowa needs to get their Mojo back.

p.s. I think Indiana handles Purdue at home.
