Push-up capacity linked with lower incidence of future cardiovascular disease events among men

Well, I actually set 36,500 as a goal to start the year but quickly found out I could easily do more than that as I was getting a quick 100 in before I went to work. Then I decided to just see how many I could get in over the course of a year. The last 2 months I have easily cleared 8,000 per month. I hope to hit 9000 in August
That's really impressive.

That's really impressive.

Thank you. I’ve been an avid lifter for about 45 years. Rarely missing a day other than recovering from a few hernias. It was something I stated as kind of a meditation to control my anger.

It’s worked well over time for me. My diet and cardio suck though.

I did 100 a day for about 4 months until I tweaked something. I'm not retired like you blokes so the hardest part for me is finding time. Can maaaybe to 60 in a row if I really needed to, but 40 is generally pretty easy. 225 lbs so my pushups are a lot harder than yours!
